Tanya Michelle Williams

While looking through old newspaper articles for vanished children who could be connected to the Allenstown case, I came across this article about little Tanya Michelle Williams missing out of Mount Hermon, Texas in June of 1983. Tanya was not listed in any of the databases as still being missing but I could not find any articles that stated that she had been found, either. Using an obituary I found for a family member, I tracked down an aunt of Tanya's who informed me that her niece had never been found.  I also spoke with the sheriff, now elderly, who had headed up the investigation. He told me that several years after she went missing, a tip was phoned in regarding her whereabouts. (More on that later!)

Tanya's case file had disappeared over the years but with the new information, it was clear to me that the first thing that needed to happen was that she be officially listed as missing. I went to Texas in April 2018 for Missing in North Texas Day where Tanya's aunt and I got her registered with NamUs which then led to her being listed with the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children. She is also now listed with the Charley Project.

Because of the story we heard from the old sheriff, we have wondered if there could be a connection between Tanya's case and the 1983 Texas case involving another curly-haired little girl, Desiree Carroll.

There will be more to come on the Williams case and it's an insane back story. Supposedly the Texas Rangers are investigating but time has passed and we may need to jump start things by going to the media.

~~~~~~~~
Another story I came across in the old newspapers was that of Christie Davis (Christi Davis?) (Christy Davis?)a 2 year old missing out of Ocala FL in 1973. Like Tanya Williams, Christie was also not listed as missing in NamUs or NCMEC. I contacted the Ocala PD and the Marion County Sheriff's Office on May 1, 2018 to learn more but their computer systems only go back to 1982/83. I spoke with a Sgt. Mike Mongeluzzo who said he would follow up on it and initiate a NamUs case for Christi.
  1. Hello, I am looking for a real family and I do not have any information about my identity. On September 7, 1983, at the age of one and a half, I was handed over to the Shiraz orphanage by the Iranian police. Impossible but it may belong to my childhood, please show my photo to Tanya's family, thank you
    4. They may have found Tanya Michelle Williams. She's going to provide a dna test with the police department next week.
      The age progression photo looks identical to Heather. Police are involved.
  2. Hi, Am I to understand that Oak Hill Research has posted the article regarding Tanya Michelle Williams? If so, this may be a long shot, but, I have come across a documentary that two college students filmed in Tn. that is about some people that had come up missing and one little girl that showed up in 1988 approx. 6/7 years old and no one ever claimed her. I have looked back and forth at photos in the documentary and compared them to the photos of Tanya Williams at the time that she came up missing. Like I said, it is a long shot but, if you are interested in looking into this the documentary, it is called "Howards Mill". I located it on Tubi Tv. It is almost a 2 hour film with a lot of twists and turns regarding people that quickly came up missing and this one little girl showed up and no one ever claimed her. It is a VERY interesting documentary. Thank you for your time. V.R
  8. ** The lady recently claiming to be Tanya has no facts or proof, she is asking a crystal pentagram, for answers to questions!! She also hung up on Law Enforcement when they asked for a DNA sample. She’s on TikTok trying to make money on a kidnapped child’s name! It’s horrible.. She’s blamed another Heathers family innocent family for kidnapping her, and has made threats..
    1. The lady claiming to be Tanya is Heather McCord and she is extremely dangerous and not a good person. She threatens people if they underestimate her. She says she will take away their freedom, careers and even their kids by calling cps and it’s ALL recorded on Tiktok and Insta. Stay far away from this person, she needs major help and belongs in a mental facility. (((WARNING)))
  9. I've been watching Heather McCord on tiktok, this woman is unhinged., she cast spells on souls and puts them in jars in her freezer. It's all a money grab...her DNA was taken and we're all waiting to hear what the results say...I'm sure she will say it's her or she will hopefully disappear off tiktok all together
  10. This Heather McCord is beyond unhinged.This is for sure a money grab situation and it's disgusting to do this to Tanya Michelle's family ..This woman needs to be looked into on a Criminal level .She also claims to be a child of the Illuminati.Every Live on TikTok or Instagram there is a more disturbing situation she is or has been involved in .She needs to be STOPPED AND COMMITTED.She needs to be charged with impersonating a Missing & Exploited Child.
  11. Heather McCord is victimizing the family of this missing child.
    Heather continues to show pictures that she got off the internet,
    of the child and the family.
    She is now using free Internet,
    AI Progression pictures to compare herself to them, on her LIVES almost every night on TIK TOK.
    She claims the DNA test was taken on January 17, 2025, but still NO answers yet.
    If there are no answers yet, why is she saying she is this missing girl ?
    Heather posted a fake email on her TikTok page from the Shelby Police Department stating from them,
    that the DNA results are still not in.
    On that email, there is no date and time stamp on the top,
    like one would have.
    This is unfair and is it legal for her to be constantly saying
    “ I am Tanya Michelle Williams “ ???
    This is beyond insanity and so cruel.
    She needs the law to investigate this drama she continues to spew publicly and be prosecuted for her actions.
    ReplyDelete
  12. I did see that email too.
    Yes that email was fake.
    What Sheiff would use the word
    “ gotten “ in that email ???
    Gotten is not a word.
    It sounds the way she talks, poorly,
    Did she graduate high school ?
  13. Heather often speaks of her viewers on Tik Tok, lacking common sense,
    but do we really think the DNA of a
    42-year-old missing child case would take a year?
    Absolutely NOT !!!!
  14. Heather McCord thinks she is going to sue all of us, because of these blog comments AND turn these over to law enforcement.
    None of this is illegal, by the way. Zero.
    I feel it’s illegal, that she is saying
    she is this little girl, continuously on every Tik ToK LIVE.
    She will not stop identifying herself as this little girl.
    She also threatens to sue and involve law enforcement, because her LIVES on Tik Tok are being streamed by other creators and then reposted either on YouTube or Tik Tok for viewers to watch/rewatch.
    She doesn’t understand that she is on a public platform.
    There is a clause called the
    “ Fair Use Act.”
    When you sign up for Tik Tok,
    you give up your rights to their rules and regulations.
    Meaning any post or any LIVE can be reposted or recorded to be used for commentary discussion, educational purposes, and/or awareness etc etc.
    In Heathers case, well she doesn’t have one.
  15. I saw her live on Tik Tok when she was in the hospital for an EEG evaluation.
    This was a planned procedure lasting
    3 -5 days.
    She was being monitored to get her off Keppra, a seizure medication.
    What I can’t believe is,
    she even asked the medical staff if the pictures of the missing girl looked like her.
    I can’t believe she would do such a thing & expect going off their presumption, makes it out that she’s the missing child.
    I know that the psychiatrist became involved, because she was seeking anxiety medication & also pain medication on day 1 & day 2.
    The main Doctor came in to consult with her & he refused any more medication.
    She demanded to leave because of that.
    It was most likely against medical advice.
    This was a planned procedure lasting
    3 -5 days.
    She left on day 2.
    What I don’t understand is,
    she claims on her LIVES she only takes Gabapentin & a muscle relaxer.
    Why would she need anxiety & pain medicine if she doesn’t take that regularly.
    Her drug seeking behavior was caught quickly by medical staff.
    I question her own sobriety now when she posts & goes live.
    You can see how heavy her eyes are
    & along with her mumbling slurring.
    It’s very difficult to listen and watch.
  16. Heather McCord on Tik Tok tonight displayed any/all of these symptom(S)
    ( see below )
    after receiving a phone call from the Texas Ranger stating that the
    D.N.A. results are NEGATIVE.
    She is now saying that is was a spoof, A.I. generated phone call.
    Heather said the Ranger hung up on her, because she told him that she is Tonya and her memories prove it.
    She said her D.N.A. test was botched by a corrupt Sheriff who supposedly passed away.
    Now, Heather wants to get a hold of the family to do a private D.N.A test, because she says they own a Substance and D.N.A Testing Center.
    She said she will never give up,
    until it is proven she is this missing child.
    This is never going to end and I wish law would get involved quickly, somehow-someway.
    It needs to stop.
    1. Today she did the same thing talking about the dna results being negative. We all know the truth though it’s NEGATIVE. She has like 4-5 people in her live that support her, the rest are trolls that stay silent. She was dry-egging for money and trying to sell her gift cards. I think she relapsed and is now using drugs again. She never had a money problem before and she is showing definite signs that she is. Last night she was nodding off at the end and you can see it in her eyes. A public service call is a government call. Someone even said that in her live and it is. She blocked that person too. The call was from the police department on a
      non emergency line, which will appear as a public service with their number. So results are negative.
  17. So upsetting that people like this retraumatize victims' families in this way.
    1. You know what's really upsetting? You allow lies to be posted on here about someone that did absolutely nothing wrong and instead of finding out the truth, you believe those lies. The lies that have been posted on this blog about Heather McCord were posted by her stalkers, including the person that told her that her name is Tanya. Law enforcement did say the DNA didn't match for Tanya but also confirmed she's not really Heather. So she really is a missing person.
      Delete
    2. So yes Heather McCord is a victim and is continuously being revitalized to this day. Maybe instead of believing th BS lies, try finding out the whole truth.
      Delete
  18. Oh no we all know the truth about this Heather McCord. We can now put this to rest because the DNA results are negative. Continuing to victimize this family to her own agenda and narrative is diabolical. Just because the Sheriff said “ unfortunately no you’re not Heather “ he was referring to Tanya. Heather went on to tell him her
    “ memories are real “ and he hung on her. The Ranger and the Sheriff both hung up on her as she was trying to reinvent her life story, because of her bad choices. Also to OakHillResearch thank you for giving me this time to speak the true facts regarding Heather McCord. My thoughts and prayers are with this family. We can now close this book of absolute insanity. Heather McCord YOU ARE NOT TANYA!! Please leave this family alone and stop talking about her relatives too. No one wants to hear it.
  19. All her Tik Tok lives can be watched on YouTube. Just put in Heather McCord in the search bar and you will see that she is absolutely divulging, continually saying she’s this little girl. All these blog posts regarding Heather are true. The facts are on YouTube. Go watch.
    Heather is not a missing person. In her mind she might think that, but in reality Heather is someone who needs psychological help that had a terrible upbringing. I’m not a stalker and I’m not that other girl. I’m just a person on Tik Tok that has been watching her for 8 months and now that I know the results of the DNA I can hit the unfollow button.
    1. Why are you so obsessed with Heather McCord? It's very obvious to everyone that you are. Maybe instead of stalking her and lying about her you should focus on yourself and get the help you need for your delusions.
  20. This blog is about a missing child. Heather claimed she was, but now the results are in and they are negative. Which means all her pictures she showed and all the stories she made up is not true either. Please don’t respond to my post, because this is about a missing child. Heather McCord is not Tanya and all her stores were all made up. She’s delusional saying she looked like the Grandmother and all the relatives. I pray for the family and always will.
