  I have never met my two older half sisters. Their names are Theresa Ann Gonzales and Rosemary Gonzales born in Victoria, Tx. They were put in foster care when our mother went to prison in the 80's. After she was released from prison, a few years later she had me in 1986. My mother has been trying to look for them, but no luck. In 2003, she passed away. I need help finding them.
