Harper and Cozart

While researching some of the areas that 'Bob Evans' may have lived, we came across the case of a missing CA mother and daughter - Joyce Harper and Kimberly Cozart. Little information is available online about these two who apparently went missing two years apart and whose disappearances weren't reported for a couple decades. We would like to contact the daughter who reported them both missing in 1995 if anyone has a name and contact information for her.
